（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市26日電）南韓MERS（中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒）疫情擴散，境內死亡病例達31人。新北市府衛生局表示，暑假期間有旅遊計畫者，可考慮調整行程，避免造成過多心理壓力。

南韓保健福祉部今天表示，又有兩名中東呼吸症候群冠狀病毒（MERS）患者不治，MERS死亡人數增至31人。世界衛生組織表示，在高度流動的世界裡，各國應該做好準備，面對可能出現的疾病蔓延。

新北市府衛生局提醒，糖尿病、癌症、慢性心臟病或慢性肺病、腎衰竭、免疫不全等慢性病患及年長者，儘量避免前往韓國等MERS流行區。

暑假為旅遊旺季，衛生局建議，如果非必要，可以的話，建議消費者可調整行程，暫時先不要前往南韓旅遊，也避免回國後，若發燒不但必須篩檢，屆時，不但沒有旅遊紓壓，還會增加心理負擔，

韓國MERS-CoV疫情讓人怕怕，暑假出國旅遊怎麼玩才安心？衛生局提醒，若暑假旅遊仍堅持前往南韓旅遊的民眾，應提高警覺並注意個人衛生及手部清潔，避免前往人潮聚集或空氣不流通的地方活動。

如果好不容易請假出國，到當地卻生病無法暢快旅遊，將成為遺憾假期。亞東紀念醫院家庭醫學科醫師朱育瑩呼籲，出國前除打包行李，也別忘記疾病管制署的疫情資訊。

朱育瑩表示，全國各縣市有疾病管制署的旅遊醫學合約醫院，也可徵詢「旅遊醫學門診」的醫師建議與評估疫苗接種需求，及所需預防藥物等，充分做好預防準備。

衛生局副局長諶立中呼籲，出國前2至4週，可以前往「旅遊醫學門診」諮詢，並依建議接種疫苗、掌握當地國家的疫情，並做好防護，返國後自主健康管理，就可遠離傳染病威脅。

衛生局表示，除了MERS，非洲獅子山、幾內亞有伊波拉病毒，歐洲法國、丹麥、德國、奧地利、捷克、中國大陸、菲律賓、澳洲、香港也都有麻疹疫情。
