印地安人新秀Francisco Lindor今天(15日)在第9局敲出生涯首安，繞過一壘時重心不穩跌倒，還想找旁邊的一壘手頂罪。
今天升上大聯盟Lindor沒有先發出賽，第7局上場代打，生涯首打席遭到投手三振。
第9局再次獲得打擊機會，Lindor掃出右外野平飛安打，原本有機會衝上二壘，但他繞過一壘後跌倒，起身後只能回到一壘。
敲出生涯首安卻摔得一身紅土，賽後Lindor笑說：「我腿都麻了！」印地安人當下也為Lindor收藏生涯首安球作為紀念。
最終印地安人1比8輸給老虎，但隊友談到Lindor還是非常開心，中外野手Michael Bourn說：「我認為他打得很好，接下來發生什麼事你們都知道，就算是輸球，大家也都笑了。」
現年21歲的Lindor是2015年百大新秀第3名，他說：「我太興奮了，第1個打席太過著急。第2次上場打擊，我試著讓自己慢下來。」
生涯首安跌倒之後，一直指著老虎一壘手Miguel Cabrera，Lindor表示，「我知道不是他的錯，但我總要找個理由，而他就在旁邊。」
